ABOUT US
Phillip C. Clarke Electrical Contractor, Inc. is a family owned and operated business specializing in traffic signals and street lighting. Phillip C. Clarke originally went in business for himself in 1969 and did residential electrical work. He incorporated in 1978 and started in the traffic signal business in the early 80’s. His children worked along side Phillip during many of these years. The company moved from his home in Woodbridge, VA to Dumfries, VA in 2006. The company is now run by two of his grandsons and we are proud to be a 3rd generation small business. We are both a VDOT approved contractor and SWaM contractor.
